The Match Attax App mobile application software (App) is operated by Topps Europe Limited (Topps, we, our, or us), a subsidiary of The Topps Company Inc. At Topps, children’s privacy is important to us, particularly our younger users. We are committed to providing fun, entertaining, and secure mobile apps for all ages. We have implemented the special measures described below to help children protect their privacy while online. We adhere to local definitions of a “child,” so different procedures for accessing and using the Match Attax App may apply depending on your country and age.

Information We Collect

A child can use the Match Attax App without creating an account, but some functionalities may not be available. Kids: You should always get permission before providing personal information, such as your email address, online. To participate in some of our features, children may need to provide us with certain personal information. If users choose to register to use the Match Attax App, they must create a password and provide an email address. We also collect personal contact information, such as an email address, when users contact us with a question or request, and use it in accordance with applicable law.

We collect some information automatically when you use the App, such as country-level geolocation information, an IP address, mobile device ID (UDID) (which is not linked to you as an individual), or the device operating system. We use this information to provide and improve app functionality and support for our operations.

Notice to Parents

If required by applicable law, when a child creates an account through the Match Attax App, we ask for an email address for a parent or legal guardian so we can notify them of the child’s interest and get their permission. When we seek permission, we tell parents/guardians about what we collect from their child, what we do with the information they or their children provide, and how they can review their child’s information and ask us to update or delete the information.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and authorize your  child’s account, we will use your email address to respond to your requests and contact you with additional information regarding your child’s activities or new features in the App that require new permissions. If you do not authorize your child’s account within the prescribed time period, we will delete your child’s account will also delete your email address from our records.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share information with third party service providers who help us make the Match Attax App and related services available, but require that they use the information only to support these services. We otherwise share information as described in our full privacy policy.

Rights With Regard to Personal Information

Parents and legal guardians may have a right to review any personal information that we have collected online from their child, have this information deleted, and/or request that there be no further collection or use of their child’s information. To exercise this right, or if you have any questions about these information practices, you may contact us by using the contact information  provided below.  We may require verification that you are the authorized account holder and the child’s parent or legal guardian.
